Last updated: August 2026. How Kagnus collects, stores, and protects personal data from forms and applications.
When you submit a form on Kagnus (Client Project Inquiry or Engineering Network Application), we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company details, tech stack, location, and developer profile links (GitHub, LinkedIn, LeetCode, Kaggle, portfolio, or resume link).
Client inquiry data is used solely to evaluate technical requirements and respond with project proposals. Engineering application data is used to screen candidates for evaluation challenges and invite shortlisted engineers.
Form submissions are processed synchronously by custom Google Apps Script endpoints and stored in restricted Google Workspace Google Sheets and Google Drive storage owned by Kagnus.
We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal data to third parties. Data is used strictly for Kagnus project operations and talent evaluation.
You have the right to request deletion or updates to your submitted application details at any time by contacting ops@kagnus.com.
