Kagnus is a technology company offering client software engineering, AI integration, data solutions, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. The Kagnus Engineering Network is an evaluation and talent discovery program operated by Kagnus.
Participation in the L1 Engineering Network is an evaluation program. Shortlisting, Selection Letters, and Completion Certificates do not constitute an offer of employment, contract of hire, or guarantee of compensation or future opportunities unless a separate commercial agreement is executed.
For L1 evaluation challenges designed solely for skill demonstration, participants retain ownership of the code they write, granting Kagnus a non-exclusive license to review and showcase the work. Any commercial work assigned under client contracts will be governed by explicit written terms.
Commercial client projects are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Participants in Kagnus communities must adhere to professional conduct. Plagiarism, harassment, spamming, or fraudulent claims will result in immediate disqualification.
